Digital Delivery Policy

Creative Enabler LLC currently sells digital products, self-guided workshops, downloadable resources, and personalized digital services. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Digital delivery

Digital products and workshop access instructions are delivered electronically using the email address provided during checkout. Delivery may include a download link, access page, confirmation email, or separate fulfillment email.

Most delivery emails should arrive shortly after payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 15 minutes and check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered-email folders.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible email address during checkout. Contact support@creativeenabler.shop if you entered the wrong email address or did not receive your purchase.

Downloading and storing files

Any access period or download limitation specific to a product will be disclosed on its product page. Customers should download purchased files promptly and retain a personal backup when downloads are provided.

Technical problems

If a link is missing, expired, or not working, contact support@creativeenabler.shop with your order number and the email address used during checkout. We will provide reasonable assistance or a replacement delivery method when appropriate.

Physical products

If Creative Enabler LLC introduces physical or print-on-demand products, the applicable processing times, shipping methods, costs, destinations, and return conditions will be displayed on the relevant product page and incorporated into an updated shipping policy.
